# TRELLIS.2

> TRELLIS.2 at trellis-2.com is an independent hosted image-to-3D service: upload one image and get a textured GLB starting asset with PBR materials that you can inspect in the browser and adapt for games, XR, e-commerce or 3D printing. Start at the generator - the credit cost of the selected resolution is shown before you generate.

trellis-2.com is a third-party service built around the open-source TRELLIS.2 model published by Microsoft Research. It is not Microsoft and it is not the official TRELLIS.2 project site.

- Input: one image per generation - product photo, render, sketch or artwork with a clear subject.
- Output: GLB (binary glTF) with embedded PBR textures, at 512³, 1024³ and 1536³ resolution levels.
- Credits are spent when a generation starts; failed jobs return their reserved credits, and an account can run two jobs at once.
- Hosted generations require credits; no new first-task allowance is granted.
- Free browser tools that spend no credits: a 3D viewer and a format converter for GLB, glTF, OBJ, STL, PLY, VOX and other formats.
- Interface languages: English, 中文, Deutsch, Italiano, Français, Español, 日本語, 한국어, العربية, Português.
