Terms of Service

Terms of service for TRELLIS.2 - AI Image-to-3D Model Generator

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TRELLIS.2 at trellis-2.com, a state-of-the-art AI image-to-3D model generation platform that provides access to cutting-edge TRELLIS.2 AI technology for professional 3D asset creation, image-to-3D conversion, and high-fidelity textured mesh generation. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

TRELLIS.2 provides users with professional AI 3D generation tools including image-to-3D conversion, high-resolution mesh generation with PBR textures, and GLB export features. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  4. Inactive Unpaid Accounts: A verified account that has never completed a payment may be scheduled for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded account activity. We provide at least 30 days' advance notice and a further reminder approximately 7 days before deletion. Signing in or confirming that you want to keep the account cancels the schedule. We recheck eligibility immediately before deletion. Accounts with payment history, an active subscription, a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, or a legal/accounting retention requirement are excluded from this rule.

  5. Free Credits on Deletion: Unused free, trial, referral, or promotional credits do not prevent inactive-account deletion and expire when the account is deleted. They are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed after deletion.

Credits, Capacity, and Fair Use

Every paid plan has a specific credit allowance, validity period, and estimated 512, 1024, and 1536 task capacity shown on the pricing page before checkout. We do not sell an unlimited cloud-generation plan. Subscription credits refresh at renewal and expired credits do not roll over unless the pricing page explicitly says otherwise.

  • A 512 task currently uses 150 credits, a 1024 task uses 300 credits, and a 1536 task uses 500 credits.
  • An account may run at most two image-to-3D jobs at the same time.
  • A task that reaches a failed or canceled terminal state is automatically refunded to the account, with a refund record attached to the task.
  • Automated scraping, credential sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass the published credit and concurrency limits are prohibited.
  • Provider pricing or model availability can change. If that requires a plan change, existing customers will receive notice before their next renewal where required.
