Frequently Asked Questions

A 512³ generation uses 150 credits, 1024³ uses 300 credits, and 1536³ uses 500 credits. Every plan lists the exact maximum for each resolution before checkout.

Each account can keep up to 2 image-to-3D jobs active at once. Finished or failed jobs free a slot, and failed jobs automatically return their reserved credits.

Hosted generation uses credits. No new signup, daily, or first-task credits are granted. Existing balances keep their original validity; failed tasks return reserved credits.

Refund requests go to [email protected] and must arrive within 3 days of the purchase date. Once purchased credits or subscription benefits have been used, the order is no longer eligible. Approved refunds are issued minus the payment processing fees charged by our payment partners; the Refund Policy page lists the exact steps.

Cancel from Billing in your account settings; no email is needed. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period shown there and is not renewed afterwards. One-time credit packs never start a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Payments run through third-party payment providers, which collect card details directly; trellis-2.com does not store full card numbers. We keep transaction records such as provider, order or subscription status, amount, currency, invoice ID, and payment timestamps. The price is shown before checkout, and a canceled checkout is never charged.
