Email [email protected] for account access, billing, privacy, or image-to-3D generation support.

To help us investigate quickly, include:

• the email address on your account;
• the page or feature you were using;
• the local task ID or invoice ID, if relevant;
• what you expected and what happened;
• browser and device type, plus a screenshot if useful.

Never send your password, API key, authentication token, full card number, or card security code.

Billing and Refunds

For a charge, cancellation, renewal, or refund question, include the invoice ID and payment date. Review the Pricing, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service before submitting a request.

Privacy Requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the subject line Privacy Request and send the message from your account email when possible. We may ask for additional verification before changing or disclosing account information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Service Status and Security

If a generation task fails, reserved credits should be returned automatically after the failure is confirmed. Include the task ID if the balance does not recover.

For a suspected security issue, describe the impact and reproduction steps without accessing other users' information or exposing credentials. We will route the report for review.
