Frequently Asked Questions
A 512³ generation uses 150 credits, 1024³ uses 300 credits, and 1536³ uses 500 credits. Every plan lists the exact maximum for each resolution before checkout.
Each account can keep up to 2 image-to-3D jobs active at once. Finished or failed jobs free a slot, and failed jobs automatically return their reserved credits.
Not for an eligible first 512³ task. Accounts with no prior 3D task can receive up to 150 trial credits once, valid for 7 days. Later tasks and higher resolutions use purchased credits. Failed tasks automatically return reserved credits.
